Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) in Naypyidaw in December was the first international event held in Myanmar since the end of the military regime two years ago.
The inauguration of the stadium for the match between FC Nyapyidaw and Yangon United FC witnessed 20 thousand spectators. The match had to be stopped before the break, after a fight broke out between the players and spread to the audience.
