Lindswell Earn Gold in World Games

Wushu athletes Lindswell daughter Kwok won the gold medal at the World Games 2013 that took place in Cali, Colombia, Saturday.

Down on the number taolu Taijijuan & Taijijian which took place at the Coliseum Evangelista Mora, Lindswell beat Malaysia athletes, Ng Shin Yii get silver.

Lindswell won gold by accumulating the total value obtained from Taijijuan 19:45 (9.73 points) and Taijian (9.72). While Malaysian athletes get a total value of 19:42.

While other wushu athletes, Ivana Ardelia Irmanto failed to get a medal in taolu number Nanquan & Nandao, Ivana finishing fourth with a total of 18.79 points. Gold falls to Chinese athletes, Chen Huiying (19:45), silver athletes to Russia, Tatiana Ivshina (19:28) and bronze to malaysia athlete, Diana Bong Siong Lin (18.81).

However, in the World Games 2013, which takes place July 25 to August 4, the sport wushu still a invitation (invitational sports) with softball, canoe marathon, duathlon and road speed skating.
