Pol Espargaro Replace Crutchlow at Tech 3


Yamaha finally announced it would use the services of Pol Espargaro to replace Cal Crutchlow at Tech 3 Yamaha next season. After being so rumor, Crutchlow finally officially join Ducati for the 2014 and 2015 racing seasons.

Crutchlow joined in 2011 with the Tech 3 in MotoGP rookie status. But new this year the British rider showing outstanding performance with four podium finishes from nine series run.

Next season he will be back tandem with Andrea Dovizioso, his partner last year at Tech 3.

While Espargaro Moto2 rider who is also the brother of MotoGP rider, Aleix Espargaro. This year 22 riders last year closed the Moto2 race as the runner-up, under Marc Marquez.

Espargaro binding contract with Yamaha for the next two seasons. At Tech 3, he will be paired with Bradley Smith who first grade.

"Yamaha is pleased to announce an agreement has been a two-year contract with the Spanish Moto2 rider, Pol Espargaro," Yamaha announced.

"Under the contract, 22-year-old rider will make MotoGP debut in 2014 with Monster Yamaha Tech 3 Team and will be racing with the YZR-M1.

"Pol Espargaro is serving his third season as one of the best riders in the Moto2 class, and is now in second place standings."
